To reserve an appointment you are required to provide a Visa, Mastercard or Amex to guarantee your appointment. If you cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours you will be charged for the cost of the service.

It is not necessary to know which type of Facial to book when scheduling your appointment. Our receptionist will book the time that works best for you. Upon arrival at the Spa you will be asked to fill out a one page intake form to help your Esthetician determine your goals and the type of Facial which will best meet those goals will be suggested.

While it is not necessary to shave before a Facial, it can help you receive a more thorough treatment.

There is both metered and unmetered parking in the Castro. The meters only run for 1 hour so for short appointments they are fine. For longer appointments like a 90-minute Facial or a 90-minute Massage please park one block South or West of 18th St. on one of the unmetered, residential streets. You can park up to 2 hours for free.
